Description

Ingredients: 4000mg Myo-inositol, 100mg D-chiro Inositol

Dosage:

• 1 scoop in the evening if taken with JOOCE Hormone Balancing Powder
• 1 scoop in the morning and evening if you are only taking JOOCE Pure Inositol Powder
• NB* Dosages of JOOCE Pure Inositol Powder may also be split in half scoops, one in the morning and one at night depending on the severity of insulin resistance
