  1. How do pre-orders work? Select the item you are interested in, Click pre-order now. The product will be added to your cart. Once you have checked out and paid, we will begin to process the order. Items that are in stock will be kept aside for your order. We will order ‘pre-order’ items from the respective supplier/s, which would usually take 5-7 working days to arrive. If there are any delays, we will contact you via whatsapp. Once all items from your order are In stock, your order will be packed & sealed with love, and sent off for you to enjoy…
  2. Can I collect my order? We are based in Newcastle, KZN. While we do not have a physical store yet, you are more than welcome to collect your order from us. Select Local collection on checkout. Once your order is received, we will contact you to make arrangements for a day & time for you to collect.
  3. What is the cost of shipping? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100 countrywide (South Africa), with the exception of High Risk areas, in which case, you will be invoiced for an additional R50. If you spend R1000 or more at our online store, you qualify for free shipping countrywide (South Africa), regardless if it is a high risk area or not.
  4. Do you offer a discount on Jooce products? Yes-this is dependent on the value of your order.
