How to use:

Firstly,  shake well before use. Spray on the skin, areas that are painful or at the bottom of the feer and wait until absorbed. Should skin be tingly/irritated then rinse off and apply a diluted amount for next application. Do not apply on broken, open, shaved or sensitive skin.
