A nourishing butter with magnesium, hemp seed oil & our essential oil blend. When the body is low in magnesium it can cause insomnia, cramps, headaches & aggravate arthritis pain. Forever Natural Magnesium Butter contains Magnesium Chloride & pure essential oils to help promote sleep, alleviate pain & muscle cramps, & reduce anxiety all while nourishing your skin.
Magnesium in a cream base can have reduced topical tingling sensations than experienced with other types of formulations. Should you feel any tingling, wash/wipe off with water & use less when applying in future. A patch test is recommended.

- Avoid using on open or sensitive skin, & shaved skin.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Keep away from direct sunlight.
